  • 2) Do We Need To Be Present During The Cleaning Session?
    • Well, that totally depends on you. We just need your permission to get access to the cleaning location. If you feel comfortable you can give us a key, and we’ll perform all the cleaning stuff. If you want to stay at home while cleaning, we’re happy with that as well.



  • 4) Is Any Guarantee Offered With Your Services ?
    • Absolutely! Client satisfaction is our first priority. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, just get in touch with us within 24 hours and we will re-clean at no extra charge.



  • 6) Is There Any Cancellation Policy ?
    • Yes, you can cancel your scheduled cleaning at any point up to the morning of your scheduled visit. As long as you call prior to the cleaner leaving our office.


  • 7) During Periods Of Heavy Snow Do You Still Clean?
    • Yes we make every effort we can to make sure your house is still cleaned during heavy snow. If for some reason we do need to cancel we will also make every effort to make sure we can reschedule your cleaning.


  • 8) How Do I Pay You ?
    • Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept Visa, Master Card and cheques.


  • 9) Is It Okay To Leave Instructions On A Note ?
    • Yes it is! We believe that great communication is very important to maintaining a good business relationship. We welcome all feedback, and if there is anything we can do to help you, please let us know.
